Visual identity in active development. We're finalizing the next iteration of the Quill brand system — this page will expand with downloadable mark + wordmark files, additional color formats, and screenshot kits as they're locked. Until then: the current site itself is the reference.

Name

The product is Quill. One word. Capitalize the Q. Don't pluralize it ("Quills") in product context — it's a name, not a noun. The brand domain is quilldocs.ai.

Current site palette

Until the brand refresh ships: a warm dark canvas with an orange accent. Specifically #0a0a0c for the background, #e8e6e1 for primary text, #ff8c5e for the accent. The next system will introduce additional tones.

Approved one-line description

"Quill reads your codebase and ships documentation that stays in sync." Use this verbatim in press releases, partner integrations, and directory listings. Variants available — email us if you need a longer or shorter cut.

Screenshots

We send a curated screenshot kit on request — covering the landing page, the docs surface, the review queue, and the CLI mockup. PNG and WebP. Email below; we usually reply within a few hours.

dopreferred

"Quill reads your codebase and ships documentation that stays in sync." Specific. Names the input (the code) and the output (synced docs). Avoid generic phrasing.

don'tavoid

"AI-powered documentation tool." Vague, dated, and what every competitor says. The differentiator is the pipeline, the review loop, and the drift detection — name them when there's room.

toneguideline

Quiet, confident, useful. We're infrastructure, not entertainment. No emoji in product copy. No "10x," no "revolutionize," no "game-changer." Direct sentences.
